In order to better promote the work of our members, and the importance of citizen diplomacy, Sister Cities International has launched a new logo, tagline and website. The new brand was officially launched on May 16th at the National Press Club in Washington, DC. The new brand will enhance our communications outreach and increase our ability to share the power of our sister cities network with the entire world. To read President and CEO Mary D. Member exclusive webinar: Brand Relaunch Sister Cities International hosted a member-exclusive webinar on May 15th on the brand re-launch. The webinar consisted of an overview of Sister Cities International’s 2012 initiatives and the importance of the rebranding to our members. It was followed by an in-depth explanation of the new logo, tagline and various components of the new website. Sister Cities International Board of Directors Elections On June 1, 2012, the primary contact for each Sister Cities International member organization will be mailed a packet that includes the appropriate number of ballots for their community and a form for the community to certify individual representative(s) to cast votes on its behalf. Please note that if you choose to mail the votes, ballots must be received at the designated post office address and be postmarked by June 28, 2012. If voting in person, communities must certify their voting representatives and alternates prior to the annual meeting (July 12-14, 2012). Certifications must be received on or before July 5, 2012.
